Study in India - Compex Scholarship
COMPEX is an Indian government scholarship for Nepalese students, funding UG studies in Engineering, Agriculture, Nursing and Pharmacy in India.
Students can apply for B. Tech, B. Pharmacy, and B.Sc. (Agriculture, Food Tech, Nursing).
🙂 To get the scholarship, you must give an entrance exam, usually held in the first week of August.
Compex Scholarship for 2025
- Application form will be open from 26 June to 9 July 2025, 14 days total.
- The deadline for depositing the application fee at Nepal SBI Bank is 11 July 2025.
- The final date for uploading deposite slip details is 13 July 2025.

How to apply for Compex Scholarship
- Sign up on the Study in India portal and get your SII ID (Study in India Registration ID).
- Use your SII ID to register on the Compex Registration portal.
- You will receive an email containing your Login ID and Password.
- Log in to the Compex Login portal using the details sent to your email.
- Once logged in, click the "Go to Application" button to continue filling out the application form.
💵 Remember you have to pay NRs. 400 at Nepal SBI Bank before 11th July to complete your application.
Question Pattern & Syllabus
- Each Subject will have 30 MCQ Questions.
- Subjects are English, Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics or Biology.
- It will be Computer Based Test (CBT) at different center of Kathmandu.
⌚ You'll get 1hr for each subject. Physics, Chemistry & English on one day and Mathematics or Biology on another day.

- Age between 16 to 23 years (Only)
- Grades as per eligibility criteria shown,

🚫 If the grade is less than requirement than you can't get the scholarship.
📈 Your age on 1st July of this year will be used to check, to meet the age limit for the scholarship.
Required Documents for Scholarship
- SEE (Grade 10) Mark Sheet.
- +2 or CBSE Mark Sheet.
- Orginal Citizenship (Nagarita)
- Digital Signature & Personal Photo.
🎓 Students awaiting results should receive a recommendation letter from College.
✍️ For the Digital Signature, sign on a blank white paper & take a photo. Personal Photo, just take a proper selfie.
Compex Scholarship Stipend
- Scholarship covers full year university fees.
- You will receive a monthly stipend of ₹7,500 Indian Currency.
- Mess and food expenses are not included in the scholarship. You can cover costs using the monthly stipend.
👉 Please note, the scholarship amount will be paid yearly, not monthly.
